By using Business Sensor Software Limited’s products and services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy. Business Sensor Software Limited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

2. Payment Methods

3. Payment Terms

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly subscriptions are due at the beginning of each month or billing cycle. Payments are automatically charged to the payment method on file.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Payments for annual subscriptions are due at the start of the term. Annual payments may be eligible for discounts and require a full year’s payment upfront.

  • One-Time Purchases: For downloadable or on-premises software, payment must be made upfront and is non-refundable.

4. Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. If you are paying in a currency other than USD, exchange rates may apply. Business Sensor Software Limited is not responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange rates or foreign transaction fees imposed by your payment provider.

5. Taxes

Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental fees. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, sales tax, and any other regional taxes where required by law. Taxes will be added at checkout based on your location.

6. Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions: Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Cancellation: To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

  • Notifications: Renewal notifications will be sent to the email on record before the renewal date.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for monthly or annual subscription payments once processed, except in cases of double-billing errors or system malfunctions.

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the billing period. Access to the services will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

  • Trial Period: If you are using a trial period, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment is declined or fails:

  • You will receive a notification via email.

  • You must update your payment information within seven (7) days to avoid service interruption.

  • After two (2) consecutive failed payment attempts, Business Sensor Software Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact our billing support team within 30 days of the charge date. Business Sensor Software Limited will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. Refunds for disputed charges may be issued at Business Sensor Software Limited’s discretion.

10. Changes to Payment Terms

Business Sensor Software Limited reserves the right to modify pricing, payment terms, and this Payment Policy. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes to the payment policy at least 30 days in advance via email.
