I run a conglomerate business including hospitality management, manufacturing, distribution, and P.O.S. (point of sales). Can I subscribe all the products at once?
Yes! The Business Sensor ERP software is designed as a single Software-As-A-Service (SAAS) with its different products.
Ideally, all the products are developed as whole with a licensing giving access to each. Therefore, what you would pay for is a license that gives you access to the entire software with all the products.
It seems there is a lot of technicalities behind using the Business Sensor ERP software. What provisions are in place to help with this?
While we maintain that the software is generally easy to use, setting it up for the first time may seem challenging especially without prior technical knowledge of computing. Hence, we have both several online and offline (our physical office in Canada) options to support you.
Also, one of the benefits of our partnership model is that clients who prefer offline support for tasks like installation, implementation etc. can choose or be assigned, an authorized partner, within their location, even if they are not in Canada.
Are there any self-help resources I can utilize to solve the challenges I face with the software?
